Fearless Art Yarns, Fun Fibers, and Unique Knitwear

The pieces in my shop all express a sense of fearlessness and playfulness, rolled into a fun mix of color and texture. My creative process begins with hand-dyeing fibers, carding them into art batts on my various carders, and then spinning them into art yarns on my spinning wheel. Many of my handspun art yarns go on to be fashioned into unique knitwear. Sometimes, I also start with washing a raw fleece. FeistyFenn Fibers’ products always focus on a bold sense of color and texture balanced with integrity and stability.

I am the owner of FeistyFenn Fibers. I have been knitting since 1989 and began spinning in 2008. I also enjoy weaving, felting, and playing with crochet. I am an individual fiber artist. Everything in the shop has been handmade by me in some fashion.
